A poet says, (S,) namely El-Ash'ar El-Joafee, (TA,) ↓ A^alaA A^abolgo A^abaA EamorKw rasuwlFA biA^an~iY Eano futaAHatikumo ganiY~u [ Now deliver thou to Aboo-' Amr a message, saying that I am in no need of your judging ]: (S:) or baniY EamorKw [ the sons of ' Amr ]: he means, Eano Hukomkumo . And hence the saying of Kutheiyir, laqado ka*aba AlwaA$uwna maA buHotu Einodahumo ↓ bisir~K walaA A^arosalotuhumo birasuwli [ Assuredly the slanderers have lied: I revealed not in their presence a secret, nor did I send them with a message ]: (S, TA:) or, as some relate the second hemistich, (TA,) ↓ bilayolaY walaA A^arosalotuhumo birasiyli [i. e. I revealed not the case of Leyla, nor did I send them with a message ]: thus cited by Th. (M, TA.) ― -b2- risaAlapN also signifies [ A tract, or small treatise or discourse; ] a majal~ap [i. e. book, or writing, relating to science, or on any subject. ] comprising a few questions, inquiries, or problems, of one kind: pl. rasaAy^ilu .
