L Logoi
reviewed Public route Policy

Rule

Citation is a state, not a vibe.

Logoi can show route, source, evidence, receipt, and blocker state before a claim is allowed to become public evidence.

  • Usage is separate from etymology.
  • Translation is separate from interpretation.
  • Generated synthesis is never primary evidence.
  • Pages under source audit stay out of public indexing and sitemaps.

Translation Evidence Policy

Translations are reader aids and reception witnesses.

They are not primary evidence for Greek, Hebrew, or Latin claims. A translation may show how a named witness renders a passage, but it cannot open source-language, morphology, etymology, lexical, equivalence, corpus, receipt, API/MCP, or indexability gates.

Layer Authority Allowed Use Blocked Use
Primary evidence Greek, Hebrew, or Latin source row with edition, locator, checksum, license, and audit state. Original-language claims only after the field-local source gate closes. A translation cannot promote morphology, lexical range, etymology, equivalence, corpus statistics, or interpretation.
Translation layer Named translation witness with translator or committee, edition, provider, rights class, and display policy. Reader aid, translation-history witness, reception-history witness, or navigation help beside a source pointer. No evidence weight for Greek, Hebrew, or Latin claims; no source-language confidence boost.
Logoi synthesis Generated or authored explanation with explicit evidence pointers. Commentary only after the cited evidence objects and uncertainty state are visible. Never primary evidence and never a replacement for a withheld translation or source field.
Public-domain candidates

Metadata and policy language only until reviewed.

Candidate for public display only after exact edition review, source manifest, checksum, attribution, and display gates close.

Open-license candidates

Blocked for body display when compliance surface is not encoded.

Candidate only after attribution, license, modification, share-alike, API/export, and downstream obligations are encoded.

Licensed/citation-only

No body text in routes, receipts, API/MCP, screenshots, indexes, or exports.

Bibliographic pointer only. Store title, translator, edition, publisher, year, locator, and access note.

Unavailable pending audit

Pointer-only or withheld.

Withhold the body and show the blocker. Do not paraphrase, reconstruct, or fill from model memory.

Outputs blocked until translation gates close
Output Gate Required Before Opening
Reader display Translation source manifest, rights class, attribution component, checksum, and visible role label.
Receipt export Separate primary_evidence and translation_layer objects, export permission, body hash, and licensed-text denial checks.
API/MCP output translation_display_policy field, pointer-only default, API permission, and license metadata traveling with every returned string.
Chunking and indexing Translation-only namespace, no licensed/citation-only bodies, purge path, and no ranking boost for original-language evidence.
SEO or sitemap promotion Visible HTML, JSON-LD, llms text, robots policy, and sitemap posture all state the same reader-aid role.
Equivalence or lexical claims Independent source-language lexicon, usage, passage, and review evidence. Translation alignment alone is insufficient.

Source Acquisition Sequence

Acquisition is a controlled intake sequence. It records provenance and blockers before it opens display, indexing, receipt export, or public-ready evidence language.

Step Phase Required Record Opens Remains Closed State
1 Manifest Candidate source identity, repository or access path, intended citation use, rights posture, and named blocker IDs. Planning and review queue placement only. No source text, translation text, chunking, indexing, public display, receipt export, or public-ready claim. Under source audit
2 Rights Review License status, access class, attribution requirement, display restriction, and citation-only fallback. A decision about whether the source can ever display text, metadata only, or citation-only references. No displayed passage field, screenshot, download, or teaching artifact. Under source audit
3 Edition Envelope Edition identifier, editor or provider, publication or repository record, version date, locator scheme, and stable source ID. Edition-level provenance metadata. No claim about wording, translation, morphology, etymology, lexical range, or corpus coverage. Under source audit
4 Snapshot And Locator Audit Passage locator, snapshot checksum, display checksum when display is allowed, reviewer state, and audit date. A reviewed locator and checksum relation. No adjacent source field opens by implication. Source audit required
5 Receipt Promotion Review Claim-to-evidence map, source gate closure, content hash, private-data scan, export policy, and reviewer signoff. Only the exact receipt surface approved by the promotion review. All non-approved claims, routes, fields, downloads, and public-ready language. Blocked until receipt policy passes

Edition And Provenance Requirements

A citation-ready field requires an edition envelope, not merely a familiar title or a recognized passage label.

Requirement Contract Blocker
Stable source identity Every citable source field requires a stable source ID, work ID, edition or provider ID, repository/access record, and locator scheme before display review. gate:source-identity-review
Edition specificity Edition, editor/provider, publication or repository record, version/date, and access class must be explicit enough for a reviewer to identify the exact source object. gate:edition-provenance-review
Rights and display policy License status, attribution requirement, display restriction, and citation-only fallback must be recorded before any public-facing citation surface expands. gate:license-display-review
Checksum and locator agreement Locator, snapshot checksum, display checksum when applicable, source record, and passage audit must agree before a field becomes citable. gate:checksum-locator-review
Field-local review Review approval is local to the field under audit. It does not open translation, morphology, etymology, lexical, frequency, or generated teaching surfaces. gate:field-local-review

Display Policy

Public display is metadata-first until a field-local gate closes. The absence of a visible field is a product state, not a content gap to fill from memory.

Surface Display Now Blocked Now
Source Metadata Source IDs, edition IDs, repository/access class, license posture, attribution requirement, locator state, checksum state, blocker IDs. Primary source wording, screenshots of source wording, downloadable excerpts, and reconstructed source text.
Passage Route Canonical reference, route state, source IDs, evidence IDs, withheld source-text state, receipt pointer, and audit blockers. Passage wording, translation text, interpretive rendering, line reconstruction, and source-aligned teaching claims.
Term Route Term identity, language label, pending state, source/evidence pointers, route state, and unavailable claim-family markers. Morphology values, etymology derivations, lexical range, glosses, semantic equivalence, usage frequency, and generated explanations.
Receipt Route Receipt ID, scope, blocker ledger, source IDs, evidence IDs, hash posture, export state, and public_receipt_ready false. Public export body, downloadable bundle, claim map for reuse, proof-ready language, and private review data.

Pending Receipt Boundary

A pending receipt is useful because it makes blockers inspectable. It is not proof-ready evidence and it is not a public export.

What It Proves What It Does Not Prove
The platform recognizes a proposed receipt scope, receipt ID, source IDs, evidence IDs, export state, and blocker ledger. That any linked source field is displayed, translated, interpreted, morphologically parsed, etymologically established, counted across a corpus, or ready for public export.
A hash posture can be recorded for fixture integrity or later promotion review. That the receipt is a public artifact, a citable bundle, a downloadable record, or a substitute for source/edition/license review.
The current branch can show exactly which gates still block public evidence. That blockers are cosmetic, optional, satisfied elsewhere, or safe to bypass by model memory, route adjacency, or generated teaching copy.

Public-Ready Claim Blockers

Public-ready language remains blocked until these gates close together for the exact claim surface under review.

Blocker Must Close
gate:source-identity-review Stable source, work, edition/provider, repository/access, and locator identities resolve without ambiguity.
gate:license-display-review License status, attribution, access class, display restriction, and citation-only fallback agree.
gate:checksum-locator-review Locator, source snapshot checksum, display checksum when applicable, and passage audit agree.
gate:field-local-review The exact field being cited is reviewed without promoting neighboring closed fields.
gate:receipt-promotion-review Public receipt policy, private-data scan, content hash, source gate closure, claim map, and export review pass together.
gate:indexability-review Route robots policy, sitemap inclusion, evidence state, receipt state, and public-ready claim language are reviewed together.

Evidence Constraint Matrix

This matrix is the shared public rule for humans and agents. It names what may be navigated now and what remains closed until a later evidence gate explicitly opens it.

Surface State Allowed Public Use Agent Constraint Closed Capability
Public navigation Reviewed Indexable docs, landings, route-family links, and source-state navigation can orient humans and agents. Use route paths and labels for navigation only; do not treat page existence as proof of a word, passage, or source claim. No evidence promotion by navigation.
Pointer-only receipts Blocked until receipt policy passes Receipt routes and API payloads may expose scope, source IDs, evidence IDs, blocker state, and public_receipt_ready false. Link to the receipt as a state pointer only; do not export, summarize, or reconstruct a public-ready receipt body. No receipt export, public bundle, claim map, or citable evidence package.
Noindex evidence routes Navigable, not public evidence Source-pending evidence pages may stay navigable for inspection and review while remaining outside sitemaps. Preserve the noindex state with every summary; do not cite noindex evidence routes as public proof. No indexability promotion before source, receipt, and review gates close.
Source text Withheld Only source metadata, source IDs, edition pointers, locator state, checksum state, and display blockers may be shown. Do not quote, reconstruct, paraphrase, screenshot, summarize, or infer primary text from route metadata. No source text display or export.
Translation Unavailable pending audit Only translation/gloss status and the required source or policy gate may be shown. Do not translate, gloss, paraphrase, or infer meaning from unavailable translation metadata. No translation text, Logoi gloss, semantic rendering, or interpretation.
Morphology Provider audit pending Only provider, license, parser-version, feature-schema, and audit-blocker metadata may be shown. Do not infer case, number, gender, lemma certainty, parser confidence, or feature values. No asserted morphology or lemma-click morphology claims.
Etymology Unavailable pending audit Only etymology authority requirements, citation posture, and pending/disputed state may be shown. Do not derive roots, cognates, histories, or origin claims from model memory or adjacent metadata. No etymology statement, root claim, cognacy claim, or origin narrative.
Lexical range Unavailable pending audit Only lexical-source requirement, source pointer, and unavailable state may be shown. Do not generate semantic range, gloss range, synonym set, or cross-language equivalence. No lexical range claim or public gloss-range synthesis.
Frequency Unavailable pending audit Only fixture-scope warnings, corpus-index blockers, and count-scope metadata may be shown. Do not claim corpus frequency, KWIC completeness, collocation, distribution, or diachronic pattern. No corpus frequency, corpus-wide count, collocation, or chart claim.
Generated teaching Private/generated route Teaching builders may show private/noindex workflow scaffolding and evidence requirements. Do not produce sermons, lessons, handouts, theological claims, or teaching synthesis as public evidence. No generated teaching artifact, reviewed lesson, or source-backed teaching claim.
MCP runtime Planned, not callable Static MCP docs may reserve future vocabulary while reporting zero tools, zero resources, and no server URL. Do not announce, call, simulate, or discover MCP tools, resources, transports, auth, memory, or write actions. No MCP server, discovery manifest, tool call, resource read, auth contract, or runtime endpoint.

Concise Refusal Patterns

Public docs should answer blocked requests with the strongest available state. They should not soften a closed gate into a partial claim.

Request Family Return Instead Refuse
Source text or translation Return the route, source IDs, evidence IDs, withheld display state, and source gate. Do not quote, reconstruct, translate, paraphrase, screenshot, or summarize unavailable source text.
Morphology, etymology, lexical range, or frequency Return the relevant unavailable_pending_audit or provider_pending_audit state with the next review gate. Do not infer forms, roots, cognates, semantic range, corpus counts, or lexical history from route metadata.
Receipt export or teaching artifact Return the receipt pointer, public_receipt_ready false, blocked export state, and private-data/export gate. Do not emit a public receipt body, claim map, download bundle, sermon claim, handout claim, or slide claim.
API or MCP execution Return the static docs route and the current non-expansion state. Do not announce new callable endpoints, MCP tools, MCP resources, auth flows, model calls, memory actions, or write operations.

Citation Hierarchy

Public evidence moves from audited fields down to pointers and routes. Lower layers never promote higher layers by implication.

Rank Layer Can Cite Now Limit
1 Audited source field Only the specific field whose source, license, locator, checksum, display, and review gates have passed. A reviewed source record does not open translation, morphology, etymology, lexical range, frequency, or receipt export.
2 Evidence pointer The evidence ID, source ID, route state, blocker state, and uncertainty state visible in the envelope. Pointers identify where evidence would attach; they do not prove wording, meaning, usage, or corpus coverage.
3 Route or metadata Navigation, identity, canonical URL, robots policy, review state, audit state, and fixture scope. Route existence is not textual evidence and cannot be used as a source claim.
4 Generated or private context Nothing as public evidence in this branch. Generated drafts, memory, saved projects, and teaching shells cannot become citations without a separate review path.

Route Vs Evidence

Route readiness helps humans and agents navigate. Evidence readiness is a separate field-level gate.

Route State Means Does Not Mean
indexable documentation The public page is honest, static, and useful for orientation. The page is evidence for source text, translation, morphology, etymology, lexical range, frequency, receipt export, API runtime, or MCP runtime.
navigable evidence route The route, identifiers, blockers, source pointers, receipt pointer, and review state can be inspected. The underlying source field is public-ready or citable.
pointer-only receipt route The receipt can show scope, blockers, source IDs, evidence IDs, and public_receipt_ready false. A public export, claim map, content hash bundle, private-data bundle, or citable receipt body exists.
API/MCP docs The public docs explain the current pending-state contract and future activation gates. A new callable API or MCP surface is introduced by these docs.

What Counts As Evidence

The useful distinction is not whether a page exists. It is whether the visible field has passed the exact gate that lets it become citable.

Kind Counts As Evidence Safe Use Must Not Use For Example State
Navigation No Route discovery, workflow orientation, and showing where a review surface lives. Proof of a word meaning, source wording, translation, morphology, etymology, or corpus coverage. /words, /read, /study Reviewed
Metadata Only for identity and readiness Source IDs, edition IDs, route paths, robots policy, review state, audit state, checksum state, and blocker state. Textual interpretation, lexical range, frequency, or source quotation. source_id, evidence_id, receipt_id, robots_policy Under source audit
Audited source field Only after its own gate closes A specific field becomes citable only when license, display, locator, checksum, and review gates agree. Promoting adjacent fields by implication. A reviewed source record does not open translation, morphology, or etymology. Source audit required
Generated or private context Never in this branch Planning, drafting, and private workflow scaffolding only. Public citations, source authority, receipt promotion, or lesson claims. /teach/lesson, /account, /memory Private/generated route
Receipt Pointer-only until promotion passes Showing blocker state, source IDs, evidence IDs, hash posture, and public-readiness status. Exporting a public-ready bundle or claiming the linked evidence is proven. /receipts/soul-word-journey-v0 Blocked until receipt policy passes

Citation Layers

Each layer has its own evidence boundary. Passing one layer never promotes another layer by implication.

Layer Can Cite Now Cannot Cite Yet
Source row Only source metadata, license posture, review state, and provenance state. No source text, translation, morphology, etymology, or lexical range unless that field has its own audit gate.
Evidence row Only the visible evidence state and its explicit limitation text. No implied meaning, theological synthesis, frequency claim, or cross-language equivalence.
Receipt pointer Only the blocked receipt scope, source IDs, evidence IDs, hash state, and readiness state. No public export and no public-ready claim while receipt promotion remains closed.
Generated teaching output Nothing as primary evidence in the current branch. No sermon, lesson, handout, or model-written synthesis can become a source citation.

P0 Route Status

The inspected route registry exposes family, robots policy, sitemap inclusion, source gate, receipt pointer, and closed-claim posture without promoting any gated evidence page.

Citation Page-Engine Cross-Check

Citation policy applies to the future page engine before expansion: sitemap shards, public/private route separation, robots policy, and agent discovery stay subordinate to field-local evidence gates.

Public Now 27

Current sitemap-eligible routes.

Shard Contracts 15

Future family capacity, not current publication.

Held Evidence 13

Reviewable noindex surfaces.

Private Generated 2

Noindex,nofollow surfaces.

Machine Docs 5

Pointer-first discovery pages.

No new public pages open here.

This board governs a future massive page engine by naming what must be true before pages, shards, schemas, receipts, or agent surfaces can be promoted. It does not add route records, sitemap entries, schema claims, runtime endpoints, source claims, exports, or indexability.

Gate Current Control Promotion Gate Locked Now
Sitemap Shards Documentation only Shard contracts and URL limits are visible before the site publishes broad family indexes. A future sitemap-index packet proves canonical closure, duplicate-canonical safety, JSON-LD closure, and noindex exclusion. The current public sitemap URL set stays unchanged.
Page Families Under source audit Each family can name route shape, crawler budget, and next promotion prerequisite without adding pages. The family passes source, receipt, indexability, canonical, and review gates together. No route-family count can promote held evidence, generated output, or blocked receipts.
Agent Discovery Documentation only Docs and machine pointers can explain safe traversal through current routes and pending-state envelopes. A separate runtime packet authorizes a callable agent surface with no-live-tools tests. No agent manifest may convert a noindex detail page into citable public proof.
Robots Policy Navigable, not public evidence Held evidence remains inspectable while blocked/private surfaces stay out of public crawl budget. Robots policy, sitemap inclusion, receipt state, source state, and evidence claims are reviewed as one release gate. Noindex is a hard state, not a soft recommendation.
Public / Private Separation Private/generated route Public docs can describe the engine; generated teaching and private review surfaces remain noindex, nofollow. A later packet defines public artifact policy, review authority, receipt dependency, and export limits. Generated lessons, private review workbenches, and blocked exports remain non-evidence.
Evidence Requirements Blocked Evidence gates remain field-local: source text, translation, morphology, etymology, lexical range, and frequency are separate. A field-specific source, license, locator, checksum, receipt, and reviewer record closes. Readiness language cannot become a source claim.

Public And Private Route Separation

Page-engine growth starts by preserving the difference between indexed shell pages, held evidence shells, private generated routes, and machine discovery docs.

Lane Count Current Use Closed Use
Indexed public shell Public route 27 Reader and documentation entry points that are already allowed in the current sitemap. No automatic right to add deep evidence pages or generated artifacts.
Held evidence shell Navigable, not public evidence 13 Reviewable source, passage, receipt, or evidence pointers with visible blockers. No source text, translation, morphology, etymology, lexical range, frequency, or proof-ready claim.
Generated/private shell Private/generated, not public evidence 2 Private generated or teaching surfaces held outside public discovery. No public lesson, sermon, handout, export bundle, or generated evidence claim.
Machine discovery docs Documentation only 5 Policy pointers and route recipes for agents reading current public docs. No MCP runtime, source lookup, crawler, write endpoint, export endpoint, or model call.

Agent Discovery Guardrails

  • Agents may follow current public docs, route pointers, and pending-state envelopes.
  • Agents must preserve noindex, unavailable, withheld, blocked, and generated-private states as boundaries.
  • Agents must not treat sitemap shards, route-family counts, or readiness copy as source evidence.
  • Agents must stop before source lookup, MCP runtime, export, ingestion, chunking, indexing, or model-generated claims.

Evidence Requirements

Promotion is field-local. A future page family can scale only after the exact evidence field being exposed has its own proof chain.

Requirement Must Exist Before Promotion Cannot Be Substituted By
Source identity Under source audit Stable source, work, edition/provider, repository/access class, rights posture, and locator scheme. A route path, page family, fixture title, generated summary, or adjacent citation.
Field-local review Source audit required The exact field under review has display, license, checksum, locator, and reviewer agreement. A different reviewed field, a family-level readiness label, or source metadata alone.
Receipt dependency Blocked until receipt policy passes Claim-to-evidence map, public receipt policy, private-data scan, hash posture, and reviewer signoff. Pointer-only receipt rows, blocked ledgers, or public route navigability.
Indexability review Blocked Robots policy, sitemap inclusion, canonical route, schema closure, and public claim language agree. A passing build, a screenshot, a route count, or a planned sitemap shard.

Closed Claim Matrix

These surfaces are useful product promises, not current evidence. A later packet must open each one explicitly.

Surface Current State Blocker Promotion Requirement
Source text Withheld gate:homer-source-review Pass source display, license, checksum, and passage audit gates before any text is rendered.
Translation / Logoi gloss Withheld gate:homer-source-review Attach an audited translation source or explicitly separate Logoi gloss policy before display.
Morphology Provider audit pending gate:morphology-provider-review Attach provider, license, parser version, feature schema, and confidence policy before display.
Etymology Unavailable pending audit gate:etymology-authority-review Attach authority sources and cite origin, cognacy, and dispute boundaries before display.
Lexical range Unavailable pending audit gate:lexical-source-review Attach lexicon source, edition/license state, and range/gloss boundaries before display.
Corpus statistics Unavailable pending audit gate:corpus-index-review Attach corpus scope, tokenization, completeness, index checksum, and query method before display.
Generated teaching output Private/generated route gate:generated-output-private Keep generated lessons private/non-evidentiary unless a later policy creates a review path.
Receipt export Blocked until receipt policy passes gate:receipt-promotion-review Pass public receipt promotion policy, private-data scan, and export hash review before display.

Promotion Rule

Promotion is field-by-field.

A source may become reviewed while translation stays withheld; a receipt may gain a hash while export stays blocked; a lemma may have a route while morphology, etymology, lexical range, and usage stay unavailable.

Promotion Gate Ledger

These gates must close independently. A route may become more useful while remaining unavailable as public evidence.

Gate Current State Must Close Cannot Promote Yet
Source Display Under source audit Repository, license, display policy, checksum, locator, and passage audit must agree. Source text or translation display.
Lexical Authority Unavailable pending audit Lexicon or authority source, edition/license, citation scope, and dispute policy must be attached. Lexical range, gloss range, cognacy, semantic history, or cross-language equivalence.
Morphology Provider Provider audit pending Provider, license, parser version, feature schema, confidence policy, and reviewed fixture mapping must pass. Morphological parsing, lemma-click morphology, or feature claims.
Corpus Index Not started Corpus scope, chunk/token policy, index checksum, query method, completeness limits, and rebuild evidence must exist. Frequency, KWIC completeness, collocations, distributions, or diachronic charts.
Receipt Promotion Blocked until receipt policy passes Public receipt readiness, private-data scan, content hash, source gate, and export policy must pass together. Public receipt export, citable bundle export, or public-ready claim.

Platform Gate Order

Logoi can add routes, controls, and planning surfaces before evidence is public. Public citation still moves in this order.

Order Layer Required Evidence Still Blocks State
1 Identity Route, work, passage, source, edition, corpus, and receipt identifiers resolve without ambiguity. Canonical URLs, breadcrumbs, and route-family indexes may exist, but identity alone cannot cite evidence. Reviewed
2 Rights License, access class, display policy, and citation-only restrictions are recorded and validated. Source text, translation text, screenshots of text, and downloadable excerpts remain closed. Under source audit
3 Locator Citation range, source locator, passage snapshot, checksum, and edition pointer agree. Reader display, source-aligned term clicks, and passage-level evidence bundles remain closed. Under source audit
4 Analysis Provider Morphology, lexicon, etymology, translation, or corpus index provider is selected, licensed, and audited. Lemma expansion, parsing, lexical range, etymology, translation, KWIC, collocation, and frequency remain closed. Unavailable pending audit
5 Receipt Content hash, private-data scan, blocker ledger, source gate, and export policy pass together. Public-ready receipt export and citable evidence bundles remain closed. Blocked until receipt policy passes

Citation Repair Playbook

Failed citation readiness should produce a visible repair state, not a softened claim. These are the default repair paths for future page generation and reviewer triage.

Failure Mode Visible State Route Behavior Repair Path
Missing source envelope Under source audit Render metadata, blockers, and source IDs only; keep evidence routes noindex and out of sitemaps. Attach repository or source record, edition, license, locator, checksum, and display policy.
Rights or display policy unresolved Under source audit Withhold source text, translation text, screenshots, downloadable excerpts, and public quote blocks. Resolve display rights, attribution, share-alike obligations, and citation-only fallback posture.
Provider or authority missing Unavailable pending audit Keep morphology, lexical range, etymology, translation, and corpus-analysis slots disabled. Select provider or authority source, record license/version, and add reviewer-visible uncertainty notes.
Receipt promotion blocked Public receipt export blocked Expose receipt pointer and hash state only; do not render export buttons or public-ready language. Pass claim-to-evidence map, private-data scan, source gate closure, and export hash review together.
Generated or private surface Private/generated, not public evidence Keep generated lessons, sermons, handouts, saved projects, and memory routes private/non-evidentiary. Create a separate reviewed public artifact route only after evidence, audience, receipt, and export gates pass.

Refusal Examples

A blocked request should return the route, receipt, source, and state that can be shown now. It should not fill the missing claim from memory, model output, or adjacent metadata.

User Request Visible State Safe Answer Must Refuse
Show the Greek text of Iliad 1.1-5. Withheld pending source-text display gate Return the passage route, source ID, edition pointer, and source display blocker. Do not quote, reconstruct, paraphrase from memory, screenshot, or summarize the primary text.
Translate psyche in this passage. Unavailable pending audit Return the lemma route, pending translation/gloss state, and required authority/source gates. Do not generate a translation, gloss, semantic range, or theological interpretation from the route card.
Give the morphology of psychas. Provider audit pending Return the form shell, provider audit blocker, and morphology review requirement. Do not infer case, number, gender, lemma certainty, parser confidence, or feature values.
Export the receipt for my lesson. Blocked until receipt policy passes Return the receipt pointer, blocker ledger, source IDs, evidence IDs, and export-state warning. Do not produce a public-ready receipt, handout, sermon claim, slide claim, or citable bundle.
Use Logoi to answer this directly through MCP. Planned, not callable Return the static MCP docs route and the non-operational access state. Do not announce callable tools, resources, server URLs, write actions, model calls, memory, or personalization.

API Rules

Machine consumers should treat these as active hard stops in the current branch.

Hard Stop Rule
no_model_calls The public JSON API returns checked-in fixture payloads from local builders; it does not call LLMs, embeddings, rerankers, retrieval services, or remote generation services.
no_mcp_runtime The callable machine surface is limited to the documented read-only JSON handlers; no MCP server URL, manifest, tool, or resource is published.
no_source_text Public JSON payloads expose source IDs, evidence IDs, and source metadata only; source text and translation text are withheld from the API contract.
no_export_ready_receipts Receipts remain pointer-only: public_receipt_ready is false and export_state stays blocked_pending_public_receipt_policy.
no_public_ready_claims Payloads expose pending, unavailable, blocker, and fixture-scope states; lexical, morphology, etymology, translation, and generated teaching claims are not public-ready.

Shared Evidence Rules

  • Every response must expose a canonical URL and stable entity identifier.
  • Source IDs, evidence IDs, receipt pointer, audit state, review state, and indexability state must travel with the payload.
  • Response policy must mark source IDs and evidence IDs as pointers, receipt export as blocked, JSON as noindex, and MCP as non-operational.
  • External AI may treat Logoi as pointer-safe and docs-only today: route, endpoint, source, evidence, receipt, robots, review, audit, and blocker state can be repeated; closed claim surfaces cannot be completed.
  • Primary text, translation, lexical data, etymology, usage evidence, and generated synthesis remain separate fields.
  • Read-only fixture responses must expose pending/unavailable states instead of unaudited morphology, etymology, translation, lexical range, or receipt exports.
  • Missing evidence is returned as a blocker or unavailable state, never filled from model memory.
