c. acc., δ. ἄρτον make a meal on bread, Hes. Op. 442; δ. μοσχίον Ephipp. 15.13; κοτύλην μίαν Alex. 221.17; ξίφη Mnesim. 7; δ. τἀλλότρια, of parasites, freq. in Com., Theopomp. 34, Eub. 72, etc.; also δ. ἀπό τινος Ar. Pl. 890.
