ἐγκρίς, -ἰδος : f. gâteau composé d'huile et de miel (Stésich., com., LXX, etc.) Composé ἐγχριδο-πώλης « marchand d’enkrides » {(com.). Et.: Obscure. Formation déverbale comme éyxAis ἢ Frisk évoque ἐγχεράννυμι, ἐγκεράσαι ce qui est satisfaisant pour le sens, mais non pour la forme, cf.
