οὔτε γὰρ ὑπὸ τέχνην οὔθʼ ὑπὸ παραγγελίαν οὐδεμίαν πίπτει, δεῖ δʼ αὐτοὺς ἀεὶ τοὺς πράττοντας τὰ πρὸς τὸν καιρὸν σκοπεῖν, ὥσπερ καὶ ἐπὶ τῆς ἰατρικῆς ἔχει καὶ τῆς κυβερνητικῆς.
