λεκτέον δʼ ἴσως βουλευτὸν οὐχ ὑπὲρ οὗ βουλεύσαιτʼ ἄν τις ἠλίθιος ἢ μαινόμενος, ἀλλʼ ὑπὲρ ὧν ὁ νοῦν ἔχων.
