What Logoi collects
Logoi runs on Cloudflare Workers + D1 with a self-hosted Umami analytics instance. The collection footprint is:
- Umami pageview data — route, viewport size, country (derived from IP, then IP discarded), referrer, anonymized session ID. No cookies. No personal identifiers. Self-hosted on infrastructure we control.
- Cloudflare edge metrics — standard request metadata (timing, status, region) used for performance monitoring and DDoS protection. Aggregated at Cloudflare; not linked to individuals.
- Server logs — short-retention error logs (e.g., 500s) include IP and user-agent for debugging. Retention typically 7–14 days.
- API request logs (MCP, OpenAPI) — when accounts and rate limiting arrive, hashed identifiers may be retained for rate-limiting enforcement. Today there are no accounts.
What Logoi does not collect
- No third-party advertising or marketing trackers.
- No browser fingerprinting.
- No cross-site tracking pixels.
- No social-media share buttons that load remote scripts.
- No persistent cookies. Session cookies (if any) are strictly necessary for site function.
- No data sold, licensed, or transferred to third parties for marketing.
AI agents and MCP
Logoi documents JSON and MCP-style agent surfaces for future and current machine clients, but route existence is not a permission grant. When an endpoint is explicitly enabled under /for-agents, AI agents calling it generate request logs identical to human visitors. We do not link agent traffic to individuals; aggregated agent traffic may surface in future public reach metrics (per our citation policy).
Data subject rights
If you are in the EU/UK/EEA or otherwise have GDPR-derived rights, you may request access to or deletion of any data we hold about you. Because Logoi has no accounts and no personal identifiers in collected metadata, we typically have nothing to deliver — but we will respond and confirm. Contact: cody@cityseamless.com.
If you have a Logoi account (magic-link sign-in; email-only), you can request export or deletion in-app. Open your account page and use the Export my data or Delete my account control. Both endpoints record the request and the background job completes within 30 days; the response carries a receipt confirming the request was logged. Re-login during the 30-day deletion window cancels the deletion. See Terms of Service for the surrounding agreement.
Children
Logoi is an academic and scholarly platform. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
Updates to this policy land here on a dated commit. Material changes will be flagged in the public changelog. The commit history is the audit log.
