In Pl. ψεῦδος is freq. opp. ἀληθές, Grg. 505e, R. 382d, Euthd. 272b, al.; so almost like an Adj. (cf. ψευδής init.), ὄνομα ψεῦδος καὶ ἀληθὲς λέγειν Cra. 385c; παράδοξόν τε καὶ ψεῦδος ὄνομα Plt. 281b: cf. E. Heracl. 462 codd.
